Judges for the Summershow 2012

Foto8 is pleased to announce the judges for this year's Summershow.

Gerry Badger
Gerry Badger is a renowned photographic critic, photographer and curator based in London. He has written extensively on photography, his most recent work including “The Genius of Photography” and “The Photobook: A History” with Martin Parr, for which they received the Kraszna Krausz Prize 2007.

Phil Coomes
Phil Coomes has had several photographic roles at BBC and is currently the picture editor and photographer for the BBC News website.

Alison Jackson
Alison Jackson is a contemporary artist known for her satirical photographs of lookalike celebrities. She has worked across different platforms such as TV, film and publication and has been exhibited widely in galleries and photo festivals including Paris Photo and International Center of Photography in New York.

Simon Roberts
Simon Roberts is a British photographer with a background in Human Geography. He has published two monographs, “Motherland” and “We English,” and has received several awards in recognition of his work including the ”Getty Grant of Editorial Photography.”
